No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of data sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We share information only as follows:

We share information with vendors that help us operate our business, including our hosting provider, our CRM and SMS platform, our email provider, our payment processor, and our analytics providers. These vendors are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
  • Legal compliance. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Clear Link Systems, our customers, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent your personal information. We do not share your mobile number, SMS opt-in, or SMS consent data with any third party for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
